Swimming with Dolphins
Have the chance of a lifetime experience whilst on holiday in Malta and swim with dolphins. Swimming with our fun loving dolphins is done under the guidance of skilled animal carers. Experience the beauty, power, agility and grace of these magnificent marine mammals, an opportunity not to be missed.
Price LM45.00 (plus LM1.00 for transport if required)
Includes park entrance, swim with dolphins, trainers intro, dolphin show, sea lion show and parrot show.
!Note Shows do not operate Dec to March. Only Dolphin Swim available.
Spectators pay LM6.50 which includes entrance to park and spectator place during the dolphin swim.

What's Included - Dolphin Swim Itinerary
Pick up from your hotel (in Malta). Gozo passengers are picked up from the ferry (in Malta) or can make their own way to the park.
The Dolphin program starts with an introductory talk and video presentation by the Marine Park's trainers. You will also go through some of the techniques and methods that you will be using when swimming with the dolphins.
The swimmers then go onto the shower/changing rooms to prepare and change into their bathing costumes (you must bring your own), wet suits are also available to use, free of charge.
Swimmers then proceed to the Dolphinarium (pool), accompanying guests can also join you at this stage, as spectators only.
Swimming with the dolphins is done in an orderly and sequenced manner. Swimmers participate in turns using the techniques and methods that they would have previously been shown. Swimmers are interacting and swimming with dolphins for approx. 20 to 30 minutes.
A professional photographer is also on site throughout the swim session taking some stunning photos which you may want to purchase from the gift shop at the end of the day.
Transport is also included for your journey back to your hotel.
Swimmers Restrictions
Some restrictions do apply for 'swimming with dolphins', if you are under 8 years old (young children will be asked to provide passport/ID), have a heart condition/disorder, are pregnant, suffer from low blood pressure, have had a recent operation or any type of piercing done (prior to your holiday), suffer from epileptic fits, suffer from mental or physical disabilities and if you are partially or totally blind you will not be permitted to swim with dolphins. |
